Quantitative BootCamp for Risk Management
CFA, PRM and FRM contain quite a bit common topics, which are difficult to grasp, especially to those who did not deal much with math. In combination with specialized preparation, Focus Training offers special type of courses common for several designations – "Boot Camps" - Quantitative and Finance - first of all, for those preparing for the Risk Management exams - either PRM or FRM, and also for CFA. Boot Camps are not designed for the faint-hearted. Instead, we purposefully created them to be as intensive as possible – such as to boost your understanding of the area. Our instructors will specifically concentrate on most difficult areas, squeezing as much knowledge as possible into your memory. From our experience, intensive session on quantitative methods, statistics and mathematics for financiers, pursuing Risk Management degree, may significantly boost your performance on specialized sessions and give you an edge on the exam.
To whom it is useful:
* covered all the materials quite ago but need a refresher
* feel the gaps in their preparation
* feel your previous experience did not give you enough knowledge in Quantitative or/and Finance areas

P.S. As for the question, what calculator we'd recommend to use for both classes and Exams - we'd prefer TI BA II Plus; at the same time, this is subjective - please, consult Internet, to make your own choice.
